Leon County Early Voting Enters Its Final Weekend Before the November 3 Election
Early voting runs through Sunday, November 1, at any of 10 sites in Leon County. On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, the rules change: voters must use their assigned polling place, with polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Leon County voters who want to choose their own voting day are down to the last of it. Early voting for the November 3 general election runs through Sunday, November 1, and during early voting a registered Leon County voter can cast a ballot at any of the county's 10 early voting sites, regardless of precinct, according to the Leon County Supervisor of Elections.
Hours run 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at most sites, with two exceptions worth planning around: the Leon County Courthouse site runs 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Elections Center on Apalachee Parkway runs 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Voters voting in person must present a valid photo ID. The Supervisor of Elections office is at 2990-1 Apalachee Parkway, and voters can check their information at LeonVotes.gov or by calling (850) 606-8683.
After Sunday, the flexible part ends. On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, voters must vote at their assigned polling place - the location on their Voter Information Card or in the county's voter lookup - with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Anyone unsure of an assigned place after the early-voting window closes still has the same two checks: LeonVotes.gov, or the elections office phone line.
