Tallahassee Monday Weather: The Rain Code Is Gone, the High Is Back Up to 82.1, and Election Day Reads 79.6
The morning feed takes the rain off the campaigns' final day entirely and lifts Monday's high above 82. Tuesday's polling hours still carry the week's best rain chance, at 28 percent.

Tallahassee starts Monday at 68.2 degrees under code 1 on the station's live Open-Meteo feed, and the day ahead has changed character since the overnight file. Monday now reads code 3 — an overcast code, not a rain code — with a high of 82.1, a low of 66 and a precipitation chance of just 10 percent, after the earlier feed carried the day at a light-rain code and a high near 80.
Tuesday, Election Day, keeps the pattern the campaigns have been watching: code 53, a high of 79.6, a low of 68.1 and a 28 percent rain chance across Leon County's 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. polling hours — the highest rain reading of the next three days. Wednesday follows at code 3 and 79.9 degrees with a 30 percent chance, and Thursday is again the week's warmest day at 83.9.
The back of the week dries out and cools at night: Friday reads 78.6 with the low down to 59.6, Saturday reads code 3 at 77.3 with a low of 54.7 and only a 5 percent rain chance, and Sunday holds at 77. For the final day of campaigning, the practical read is simple — a warm, gray Monday with the rain held off until the voters, not the campaigns, are the ones out in it.
