In Frenchtown, 'The Turnout' Makes One Last Push as Early Voting Closes in Leon County
Tallahassee ALERT and the Frenchtown Neighborhood Improvement Association teamed up on a neighborhood voter event in the final stretch before Tuesday's Election Day.

Two Tallahassee organizations spent the close of early voting doing turnout work at the neighborhood level: Tallahassee ALERT partnered with the Frenchtown Neighborhood Improvement Association to host 'The Turnout,' an event promoting voter participation as early voting in Leon County wrapped up, according to a report that includes WCTV's coverage of the event.
The gathering was designed as a final push before Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 3, reminding Frenchtown residents of the importance of making their voices heard in the last stretch of the voting period. Attendees also had the chance to learn about the community resource center the Neighborhood Improvement Association operates in Frenchtown and the services it offers residents.
No vote totals or participation statistics were reported in connection with the event. For Frenchtown voters who have not yet cast a ballot, the remaining route is the one Leon County voters heard all weekend: vote in person at your assigned polling place on Tuesday, when polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
