Tallahassee's live weather feed rewrote the day at midday. It reads 71.8 degrees late Monday morning under code 2, and Monday itself now carries code 55 — drizzle — with a high of 78.5, a low of 66 and a 16 percent precipitation chance. That is a material change from this morning's published file, which had Monday dry at code 3 with a high of 82.1.

Election Day moved the other way. Tuesday now reads code 3 with a high of 80.6, a low of 69.1 and a 21 percent rain chance — warmer than the 79.6 in the morning file, and drier than the 28 percent rain chance the desk published for the polls earlier today. Voters heading out between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. are still looking at a warm, mostly dry day by the current feed.

The rest of the week stays warm by the same feed: Wednesday code 3 at 81 with the week's highest rain chance, 35 percent; Thursday code 51 at 83.8; and Friday code 55 at 76.5. The Weather Desk will file the 17:00 update on the station's standing cadence, and sooner if the Election Day numbers move again.
