Tallahassee Sunday Weather: Overnight Feed Puts Rain on the First Day of Standard Time, High of 75.2 (Tallahassee Watch News)

Tallahassee starts Sunday on a mild, overcast note - 70.5 degrees at the station's overnight reading, feeling like 71.2 - and on a new clock. Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m., the clocks fall back an hour, and the first day of standard time arrives with a wetter forecast than the one the city went to bed with on Halloween night.

Sunday now carries a light-rain code (61) in the latest Open-Meteo feed, with a high of 75.2, a low of 66.7 and a 34 percent chance of rain. That is a step wetter than Saturday night's late file, which had Sunday at a high of 76.9 with a 22 percent rain chance: anyone heading to one of Leon County's 10 early voting sites on the final day, or out to Sunday services and events, should expect passing rain rather than a dry grey day.

The week ahead stays warm and unsettled in the middle. Monday turns overcast at 79.5 with a 17 percent rain chance, Tuesday and Wednesday both carry drizzle codes at 80 and 78.8 with rain chances of 32 and 29 percent, and Thursday reaches 83.5 under a drizzle code. The break comes late: Friday turns mostly clear at 77.9 with a morning low of 57.2, and Saturday reads overcast and cooler at 77.7 with a low of 55.4. All figures are from the station's live Open-Meteo feed, read overnight Sunday.
