Early Voting Ends Today in Leon County: Sites Close by 6 P.M., and Tuesday You Vote at Your Own Precinct
Sunday is the last day of early voting in Leon County. The county's 10 sites close by 6 p.m. - the courthouse at 4 - and after today the only way left to vote is at your assigned precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Leon County's early voting window closes Sunday evening. All 10 early voting sites are open on the final day, most of them from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to the Supervisor of Elections' 2026 election guide. The Leon County Courthouse site runs shorter hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Elections Center on Apalachee Parkway is open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any registered Leon County voter can vote at any early site, regardless of precinct - including the student-union sites at Florida State and Florida A&M.
After Sunday, the rules change. There is no voting on Monday. On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, voters must cast their ballots at their assigned precinct polling place, which is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; anyone waiting in line at 7 p.m. is allowed to vote. Voters can confirm their precinct and view a sample ballot at LeonVotes.gov.
Mail voters face the same Tuesday deadline. A completed vote-by-mail ballot must be in the Supervisor of Elections office's hands by 7 p.m. on Election Day to count - a postmark does not save it - and ballots can be dropped off at early voting sites during voting hours on Sunday or at the Elections Center, 2990-1 Apalachee Parkway, through Election Day.
